Terms of use

These terms describe use of TrayDial, operated by Praxlo Labs. Contact support@praxlo.com with questions.

A routine companion

TrayDial records wear time, reminders, photos, and treatment schedules. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional care. Follow your clinician's instructions. Estimates and summaries depend on your entries and may be incomplete. Notifications may be delayed or silenced by your device.

Your journal and account

You retain ownership of your journal and photos. You authorize us and our service providers to process information you choose to back up to operate the service, as explained in our privacy policy. Keep sign-in access secure, use the service lawfully, and upload only information you have the right to use. Do not attempt to access another person's account or disrupt the service. Keep independent backups of information important to you.

Free features and Premium

Core tracking, reminders, and basic history are free. Account journal backup is optional. Premium offers the features described on the purchase screen, including photo backup with an account and consent. Availability can depend on your device, region, and store.

The store shows the price, currency, billing period, and any eligible trial before confirmation. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store before its renewal deadline. A trial converts to the stated paid subscription unless canceled in time. A one-time Premium unlock does not renew and provides access to the purchased Premium tier while TrayDial continues to offer that service; it is not a guarantee that hosting or the app will exist indefinitely.

Apple or Google processes purchases, cancellations, and refunds under its applicable terms. Use Restore purchases with the same store account. Deleting the app or a TrayDial account does not cancel a subscription. Premium purchases do not require a TrayDial sign-in; cloud photo backup does.

Availability and changes

We maintain the app and may update features to improve reliability or meet platform requirements. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or recover information that was never backed up. We will explain material changes affecting paid access and respect applicable consumer rights. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Stopping use

You may stop using TrayDial at any time, export your journal, cancel your subscription through the store, and delete cloud data using the app or our account-deletion request process. These are separate actions.
