Privacy policy

TrayDial helps you record your aligner or retainer routine. Praxlo Labs operates TrayDial. Contact us at support@praxlo.com about privacy, access, or deletion.
Your device and your choices
You can track without an account. Your journal includes wear and break times, treatment schedule, preferences, an optional name, and progress photos with dates and labels. This can reveal information about your dental treatment. TrayDial stores this information in app storage on your device. Camera and photo-library access support your photo journal; notifications support reminders. Photography quality and framing hints run on your device. We do not analyze your photos in the cloud.
Optional account backup
When you sign in with Apple or Google, Supabase processes your provider identifier, email address, and sign-in information. TrayDial keeps session credentials in secure device storage. Your account does not start uploading your journal until you explicitly enable backup. Free backup includes journal data and photo metadata; Premium also uploads photo files. We use Supabase database and private object storage in US East to restore your information across devices. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the hosting provider; this is not end-to-end encryption. Authorized service operators can access data when needed to provide support, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
Turning backup off stops future journal and photo uploads. It does not delete an existing cloud copy. Device operating systems may separately back up app files according to your system settings. Exporting or sharing a file sends the information you selected to the destination you choose.
Purchases and service providers
Apple or Google handles payment. We do not receive your full payment-card details. RevenueCat processes store transaction and purchase status information, an app customer identifier, and SDK/device information needed to validate purchases and restore Premium. If you sign in, we associate your account identifier with your purchase status to authorize photo backup. We do not send RevenueCat your journal or photo contents. Supabase and RevenueCat may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and service logs, to operate and secure their services.
We do not sell your journal or photos, show advertisements, or use your treatment information for advertising. Service providers process information to deliver authentication, backup, and purchases. Their infrastructure may process some account, purchase, support, or technical information outside your country. We may disclose information if legally required.
Retention, export, and deletion
Your local journal remains until you erase it or remove the app, subject to operating-system backups. Cloud journals, conflict recovery copies, and uploaded photos remain while you keep the account; removing a local photo does not immediately remove recovery copies from cloud storage. Use Settings โ Back up your treatment โ Export my data for a portable journal and local-photo copy. Keep a copy before deleting anything.
Use Delete account and cloud data on the account screen to remove the Supabase sign-in account, journal, saved conflicts, consent and entitlement records, and uploaded photos. If deletion fails, uploads stop and you can retry. Deletion leaves the journal on your device; erase it separately in Settings. It does not cancel a store subscription. Store transaction records and provider logs or backups may be retained under the relevant provider's operational or legal retention requirements. Contact us for help requesting deletion of associated purchase-service records; records legally required for payments may remain.
You can also request account and associated-data deletion without the app from our support page. We verify account ownership before acting. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain your information, withdraw consent, and raise a concern with a privacy regulator. Contact support@praxlo.com to exercise these rights.
Children and medical scope
TrayDial is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support so we can investigate and remove it. TrayDial records routines; it does not diagnose, provide treatment, or replace your clinician's instructions.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes to optional cloud processing will be explained in the app and, where required, require renewed consent.
